Pool

A large lanai encloses a very spacious area for lounging or swimming in the private pool. Wide steps down into the shallow end of the pool make an ideal area for younger guests to splash around safely, while the other half of the pool is around 6ft deep. The pool, which is heated by a newly installed solar heating system,  is screened with tropical vegetation providing your own quiet sanctuary to privately relax.

Windward Way has lawned garden which leads down to a 95ft water frontage with a private dock. For those who are interested in boating, the dock provides a sheltered deep water mooring for you to moor your own boat, or one hired locally, and there is a launching slipway nearby. From the dock you can be out in the open Gulf literally in a few minutes! For a more leisurely break, launch a canoe from the dock and paddle around the canals or simply set up a chair on the deck in the sunshine and cast your line out. You're guaranteed to catch something and you'll be amazed at the size of what you get!
