Rates
Sept '09  to Dec '09 - $1,275 per week (5 % discount for 4+weeks)  
Jan '10 to Apr '10 - $1,375 per week (10 % discount for 4+ weeks)
May '10  to Aug '10 - $1,300 per week (5 % discount for 4+weeks)

(All charges subject to addition of
7 % Florida Sales Tax + 2 % Tourist Development Tax)

The above rates assume a minimum rental period of 2 weeks and a Saturday changeover day. Any variation on this may be negotiated separately.

$500 Reservation/Security deposit refundable on completion (due on booking)
